Our organization is currently in compliance and registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) under The Solicitation of Contributions Act that requires anyone who solicits donations in or from Florida to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
